Our suicide prevention and crisis intervention program offers immediate and short-term support for individuals and families in acute distress. Our program helps to prevent suicide, reduce crisis escalation, and promote mental well-being among individuals and families.

- Learn coping and emotion-regulation skills, replacing self-harm impulses with adaptive strategies.
- They often regain a sense of control, meaning, and personal agency.
- Gain improved motivation for life goals, education, or recovery once the immediate crisis is addressed.
